Paris Diaries: An Introduction.
The objective is simple enough: to live in Paris. But the devil, as always, is in the details. Yet, neither the devil nor the details – or as a matter of fact, real and consequential issues such as national immigration laws and policies, linguistic and cultural differences, career development and advancement, financial wellbeing, etc. – will tax our perseverance. We are young, in love, and in possession of a healthy dose of measured recklessness. We could not ask for more. Without a doubt there will be an immense longing for home, families, and friends. But if there is ever a time to live in Paris, it is now. What lies ahead is both exciting and, admittedly, scary. This is how our story unfolds.
